The Training Table Intensive is a focused, intermediate-level dance experience designed for dancers who want more than just choreography.

This one-day intensive brings together UK guest teachers from the There’s Food At Home collective for an afternoon of intentional training, cultural insight, and guided freestyle. The Training Table is about preparation, sharpening foundations, developing performance quality, and understanding what’s expected in high-level training spaces.

This event also serves as a promotional lead-in to the upcoming There’s Food At Home UK event, where teachers will come together for a full day of training. If you’re considering travelling or stepping into that environment, this intensive gives you the tools, context, and confidence to do so.
